The terms that apply when you order from wype®.
These terms govern the sale of goods by Just Wype It ("we", "us", "our") through justwypeit.com to you, the customer. By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by these terms. Contact us at customer@justwypeit.com with any questions.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order, we do not store your full card details. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable, in the currency selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are our best estimate based on dispatch time and carrier service, not a guaranteed delivery time. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To cancel, contact customer@justwypeit.com. We also offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee as described on our returns page - whichever gives you the better outcome applies.
Once we've received and inspected a returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Refunds are issued for the price paid for the goods; original delivery charges are refunded only where required by law (e.g. faulty goods, or cancellation under Section 4).
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund. This does not affect your other statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. Minor variations between the product received and images shown (e.g. packaging updates) do not constitute a breach of contract.
You may check out as a guest or create an account. Account holders are responsible for keeping their login details secure and for all activity under their account.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability to you for any order is limited to the price paid for the goods.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order applies to that order.
