We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (buy now, pay later), and iDEAL for Netherlands customers paying in EUR. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.

Yes. All transactions are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest standard for payment security. Your card details are encrypted end-to-end and never stored on our servers. We use 256-bit SSL throughout the checkout process.

We can amend or cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase, provided they haven't been dispatched. Email customer@justwypeit.com as soon as possible with your order number and we'll sort it right away.

Yes, a confirmation email with your order number will be sent shortly after purchase. If it doesn't arrive within 15 minutes, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Email customer@justwypeit.com and we'll confirm manually.

Standard delivery is £3.99 on a single towel. Order 2 or more and delivery is completely free. No hidden charges at checkout.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Standard Royal Mail Tracked delivery takes 2–3 working days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

We ship in the UK and can take international checkout details for selected countries including the Netherlands. Delivery outside the UK shows an international surcharge at checkout.

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch notification, check your tracking number first. Still no update? Email us at customer@justwypeit.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately and arrange a replacement or full refund.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your MicroWype+™ for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement, no questions asked. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Email customer@justwypeit.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return address and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

We're sorry to hear this. Email customer@justwypeit.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement straight away, you won't need to return the damaged item.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued. Bank processing times may vary.

Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not use fabric softener, it coats the fibres and reduces absorbency. Do not tumble dry above 40°C. Wash separately from cotton towels or clothing. Follow this routine and your MicroWype+™ will perform at full capacity for 300+ washes.

Yes. At 40×40 cm, the MicroWype+™ has excellent absorption for panel-by-panel drying, especially when used with a quality drying aid. For full-car drying in fewer passes, we recommend the 2-towel bundle.

Yes. The anti-snag silk-bound hem and ultra-soft pile are safe on ceramic coatings, paint protection film, vinyl wraps, and fresh paintwork. No snagging, no abrasion, no damage to your coating.

The MicroWype+™ has a dual-pile construction. The longer, plusher side pulls water off the panel fast. The shorter, denser side is ideal for a finishing buff on glass and trim, leaving a streak-free surface on every pass.

No. The MicroWype+™ performs without a drying aid. That said, combining it with a quick detailer or drying spray enhances the gloss and helps it glide even more smoothly across the panel, especially in warm weather.
